Task Automation Intelligent Agents: A Review

As technological advancements increase exponentially, mobile phones become smarter with machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms. These have allowed phone users to perform most of their daily routine tasks on phones; performed in routines are called repetitive manually by the themselves. However, enabled those be automatically, known as task automation. The can automation, e.g., through creating automation rules or an intelligent agent, conversational agents, virtual personal assistants, etc. Several techniques achieve been proposed, but this review shows that programming demonstration has had massive developmental growth because its user-centered approach. Apple Siri, Google Assistant, MS Cortana, Amazon Alexa agents. these agents not widely adopted usability issues. In study, two research questions evaluated available literature expand agents: (1) What is state-of-the-art agents? (2) existing methods for developing heuristics, specifically Research groundbreaking developments made recently. it must still conducted per principles maximum user satisfaction. second question further justifies a set domain-specific heuristics
